Cebu Pacific Air Review
Flying Cebu Pacific air was a bit of a bummer, and the reason doesn’t even have to do with the fact that the seats are super tiny and there isn’t even enough room for tall people to sit straight in the seat.
No, it has more to do with the lack of customer service.
My friend and I planned our trip very carefully, and we were notified just a couple days before our flight that they were moving the flight, so that we didn’t get to our final destination until 2:00 in the morning. That is grounds for a bad Cebu Pacific Air review alone.
On our way to our flight, we also ran into some traffic, so we called them and asked them to put us on a later flight. Wouldn’t do it. Three calls and 2 customer service counters later, we got put on a much later flight…for the SAME PRICE of our original ticket.
It’s bad form to delay flights on the customer with no thought or consideration and then charge the customer the price of the original ticket to be put on a later flight.
Needless to say, I will not be flying this airline ever again, or recommending it to anyone else.
